If God is all-knowing, why would He create bad people knowing that they would be bad?

Short answer: They serve a purpose for Him.

Paul writes in Romans 9, "...O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, 'Why have you made me like this?' Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? What if God, wanting to show His wrath and make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?" Scripture is clear that the people destined for Hell have a purpose. God tolerates the children of flesh so He can express His great riches upon His children. The Bible is littered with examples of this. One example of the children of flesh being used in this manner is the Pharisees who demanded Jesus' crucifixion. If it were not for their deep, dwelling hatred for Him, Jesus would not have been unjustly murdered. Therefore, the Grace Covenant would not have transpired and we would still be living under the Law.

What are the Unicorns that are mentioned in the Bible?

Popular belief would have you believe that the unicorn is a mythical, mystical, and magical white horse with a single pearl-like spiraled horn sticking awkwardly from it's forehead.
